OUR APPROACH

We make tableware.
We use it in our café.

POTPURRI is a Japanese ceramic tableware manufacturer with a workshop and kiln in Tokyo. Inspired by Scandinavian living, we create original collections with craftspeople in Japan.

We also run a café at our Shoin-jinja store. From making ceramics to serving food, both experiences inform the pieces we suggest for your café or restaurant.

Give your food room to shine

Consider color, portion size and the space around a dish. Choose plates and bowls that bring your menu into focus.

Find a place in your space

Wooden tables, cutlery and the light in your room. Build a setting with one collection, or mix colors and shapes.

Think about everyday service

Size, depth and how pieces stack all matter. Tell us about your equipment and care routine so we can discuss suitable options.
