We take great care in creating and packaging every product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Return Period

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Before returning any item, please contact us through our Contact page or by email. We will provide instructions for the return process.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Please include the following information when contacting us:

  • Order number
  • Customer name
  • Product name
  • Description of the issue
  • Photographs of the product (if possible)

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5 business days.

Returns for Customer Convenience

Returns due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or other customer-related reasons are accepted only when all of the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is made within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused.
  • The item is returned in its original condition.
  • All original packaging and accessories are included.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Used products
  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling
  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories
  • Sale or clearance items (where applicable)
  • Made-to-order or custom products

About Our Ceramic Products

Every POTPURRI ceramic piece is carefully crafted, and slight variations naturally occur during the production process.

Differences in glaze, color, texture, iron spots, crazing, firing marks, and dimensions are natural characteristics of handmade ceramics.

These unique variations are part of the beauty and individuality of each piece and are not considered defects.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
